We start by getting in touch with you to discuss all your wishes and project goals.
To better understand your needs, we send you two questionnaires – a technical one and a client one. These contain details that may help you remember important points you might not have thought of.
Once the contract is signed, you make an initial payment of 1/3 of the total amount. And then, we begin the work!
We agree on the technical assignment with you, carefully analyze the space, take measurements, and prepare three layout options. After that, we’ll discuss them with you and select the best one.
Then, you make another 1/3 payment to move on to the next stage.
Next, we start creating mood boards for the future interior, sketching by hand and/or creating 3D visualizations – depending on the services you need. Once all the details are agreed upon and you're satisfied with the design, we begin preparing the working drawings for construction.
After that, you pay the remaining 1/3 so we can continue working on the project.
We prepare a full set of working drawings. Here's what typically goes into this set (the exact content may vary depending on the project and will be specified in your contract):
- Room measurement plan with engineering systems layout
- Demolition plan for walls and partitions
- Construction plan for new walls and partitions
- Furniture layout plan
- Ceiling plans (with levels and finish materials)
- Lighting plan with heights and distances
- Socket and switch placement plan
- Flooring plan with finishes and underfloor heating placement
- Plumbing placement plan
- Cornice and skirting board plans (if applicable)
- Wall painting plan
- Bathroom wall elevations with tile layout
- Detailed drawings for niches and decorative elements
- Other drawings that might be needed during the design process
When the project is ready, we send it to you by email or in printed form, as a PDF album or a paper version.
Next, we sign a contract for author supervision over the construction process to ensure everything matches the project. We’ll help order the furniture, organize deliveries, and control the quality of supplies.
If you’d like, we can also sign a contract for interior decoration, taking the project from start to finish – from pouring concrete to selecting curtains, artwork, and even jars for bulk goods – everything will be in the same style and within your budget.
And finally, you move into your updated space and enjoy the result, knowing everything was done with care for you.
