Within the realms of design and architecture, Kristina's focus revolves around the themes of individual freedom and repression, exploring how the environment shapes these dynamics. Her artistic exploration encompasses freedom, an unconventional approach to commonplace elements, and the integration of innovative techniques and compositions with the aim of creating something novel and extraordinary.

Kristina's artistic pursuits extend into the broader field, where she contemplates the future of human societies, humanism, equal opportunities, the trajectory of mankind in science and space, and a timely response to the assertive policies of states. Her work delves into the study of the malleability of human moral qualities in relation to a conducive public discourse.

Currently based in Slovenia, Kristina is a graduate of the Moscow State Academy of Industrial and Applied Arts by S.G. Stroganov. Her academic journey, spanning from 2005 to 2012, included studies in the Department of "Art of Interior" and the Department of Artistic Metal. Simultaneously, she pursued a degree in "Advertising" from the State University of Management. Further enriching her knowledge, Kristina completed professional retraining in Industrial and Civil Engineering at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering in 2014.
Her international exposure includes an architecture internship at the Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany, in 2012, and training at the University "die Angewandte" in Vienna, Austria, in 2013. Proficient in academic painting, drawing, sculpture, illustration, and 3D modeling, Kristina has honed her skills to create a unique artistic identity. Since 2012, she has been passionately engaged in her independent practice, consistently striving to bring forth new and extraordinary creations.

Kristina Cymbal is a multidisciplinary specialist. Her areas of interest are painting, conceptual architecture, design of public and residential spaces, sculpture, performance art, video art, furniture design, design of jewelry, accessories and clothing.

In her work, she explores the themes of freedom, extraordinary approaches and uses innovative techniques and compositional techniques to familiar things.

To create something new and surprising is the goal of her creativity.

In design and architecture, Kristina is interested in the themes of freedom and repression of the individual and how it is shaped by the environment. On the artfield, Kristina is interested in the future of human societies, humanism, equal opportunities, the path of mankind in science and space, the origins of authoritarianism and nationalism, a timely response to the aggressive policies of states, the study of the plasticity of human moral qualities depending on a profitable public discourse.

Kristina is from a mixed Russian-Ukrainian family, based in Slovenia.

Graduated from the Moscow State Akademy of Industrial and Applied Arts by S.G. Stroganov, Department of “Art of Interior” 2005-2012, in 2005 she studied there also at the Department of Artistic Metal, in parallel graduated from the State University of Management with a degree in “Advertising”

In 2014 she completed professional retraining at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering

In 2012, she completed an internship in architecture at the Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany

In 2013 she trained at the University “die Angewandte”, Vienna, Austria

She has skills of academic painting, drawing, sculpture, illustration, 3D modeling, design in various CAD.

Since 2012 works in her own practice.
